A pick of some of the 4 and 5 star wines from the John Platter Guide to South African Wines, with some 4.5 star wines to fill out the mid palate.
There will be some Sauvignon Blanc, some Chardonnay and delicious Bordeaux blends, some familiar names and others who will become better known.
